How to Register for a Classroom Course in Mechelen, Belgium

1. Please contact your local Cochlear representative for more information and payments of the registration fee and accommodation.

2. We kindly ask you to pay the registration fee ultimately 6 weeks before the course date at the latest. The course fee (excluding VAT) will cover all course costs, lunch(es) and snacks. Your course participation is only confirmed once the registration fee is paid. 

3. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. We can arrange accommodation, dinner(s), local transfers to and from the airport as well as to our course location on your behalf. This is at your cost and amounts to 300 Euro per course day.

4. Please arrange your own international travel. You will be notified of the exact time schedule well in advance so that you can make your travel arrangements accordingly. Please do not book your trip prior to receiving confirmation from Cochlear of the course taking place, as we would not reimburse any costs incurred if the course were to be cancelled. When in doubt, please contact your Cochlear representative.

6. To ensure an optimal learning experience, the maximum number of delegates at a course is limited to 20.

7. Cochlear reserves the right to cancel a course if the registration numbers are deemed to be insufficient. Cancellation may take place until 6 weeks before the course.

8. All of Cochlear’s professional development courses are eligible for continuing education points, which are awarded by The British Academy of Audiology.

9. One-day courses may start at 8.15am and will usually finish no later than 5.20 pm. Delegates are kindly requested to arrive the preceding evening for all courses.
